I just wanted to take the time to give Mark Pugh a shout out. He was very respectful and kind. He took his time in helping me find a realistic option for me to trade in my truck on. I called to schedule a service and oil change as all the times were taken on line. Thankfully, I was given the time and day I needed. When I got there, I was greeted right away. My car was taken back and serviced and they did a complimentary tire rotation too. Everyone was nice and quick. I appreciated I didn’t have to wait too long as I had another appointment across town.
